This scale provides a flexible weighing solution for a wide range of applications. It is not too large for small workplaces and not too small for heavy-duty tasks. When we restructured our company in 2002, we built a new quality management system to support our development as a private enterprise. We focused on improving product consistency and manufacturing reliability.

Although our factory has a compact production team, we established a complete three-level inspection system. The first level is incoming material inspection. All materials are checked carefully, and any items that do not meet our requirements are rejected.

The second level is in-process inspection. During production, we monitor each manufacturing step. If any issue is identified, production is stopped until the problem is solved.

The third level is final inspection. Products that do not pass the final quality check are not released for storage or shipment.

This three-level inspection system has supported our production quality for more than 20 years. Many customers continue to work with us because of our stable product performance. The product is manufactured under this strict quality control process.

This scale uses a rechargeable battery for convenient operation. A full charge can provide approximately 40 to 50 hours of working time. If the scale is not used frequently, charging once a week is usually sufficient.

The indicator provides a low battery warning. We recommend charging the battery when this warning appears. Frequent deep discharge may reduce battery service life. The supplied charger features intelligent charging control and automatically stops charging when the battery reaches full capacity, helping prevent overcharging.

If the scale will not be used for an extended period, we recommend charging the battery once every three months to maintain battery performance. Proper battery maintenance helps extend the service life of your 500kg Electronic Platform Scale.
