60kg Electronic Platform Scale

This is the smallest industrial platform scale in our product range. It is mainly designed for weighing small items in applications such as food packaging, pharmaceutical sorting, and parcel handling. The 60kg Electronic Platform Scale can achieve accuracy of 2g or 5g, depending on the selected sensor configuration.

We use high-precision resistance strain gauge sensors to ensure reliable measurement performance. The internal strain gauge is imported because it plays an important role in sensor stability and service life. We pay special attention to this critical component to ensure long-term and accurate operation.

We apply the same quality standards to our platform scales as we do to our large weighbridge systems. These scales are produced in large quantities, and any quality issue can affect many customers. Therefore, every unit undergoes two complete inspection procedures before shipment.

The first test uses a standard weight loading machine. We gradually add weights from zero to the maximum capacity and check the displayed value at each stage. The second test is a corner load test. We place weights on the four corners and the center of the platform to confirm that the readings remain stable and consistent.

Only after passing both tests do we attach the quality inspection label and prepare the scale for delivery. The 60kg Electronic Platform Scale receives the same strict inspection process as our other weighing products.

We provide a detailed user manual with every scale. One important instruction is highlighted clearly: "Never exceed the maximum capacity."

Placing an 80kg load on this scale may cause permanent damage to the sensor. Heavy objects should not be dropped onto the platform because impact forces can affect sensor performance. After weighing corrosive materials, clean the platform surface promptly. The stainless steel top provides good corrosion resistance, but regular cleaning is still necessary.

Regular calibration is required according to applicable regulations. The recommended calibration cycle is one year. We will remind customers one month before the calibration date as part of our service support.

If you need printed weighing records, you can add an optional printer. If receipts are not required, removing this option can help reduce costs.
