This is the largest capacity model in our platform scale series. Higher capacities usually belong to the floor scale category. The 800kg Electronic Platform Scale is designed for weighing heavy individual items, including engine assemblies, large gears, and full bags of fertilizer.

We designed this model with impact loads in mind. Some users place heavy items onto the platform with impact forces that may exceed the actual product weight. Our sensors have a safety overload capacity of 125% FS and an ultimate overload capacity of 400% FS. These values follow common industry standards and ensure reliable operation under demanding conditions.

Our after-sales service process is clear and efficient. When a customer contacts us, our support team first records the issue in detail. Our technicians then determine whether the problem is related to software or hardware.

Software-related issues can usually be solved through remote support. For hardware problems, we first confirm the warranty status. If the product is still under warranty, we provide replacement parts or arrange technical support according to the situation. For products outside the warranty period, we provide a repair quotation before starting any work.
