High accuracy
Digital weighing instruments directly process digital signals, overcoming the limitations of analog weighing instruments in "sensitive areas." This significantly improves the instrument's anti-interference capabilities and on-site adaptability, greatly enhancing high-precision measurement capabilities and making high-precision weighing systems possible.
High anti-interference capability
A/D conversion is performed directly within the sensor. Because the sensor directly outputs digital signals, it overcomes the shortcomings of traditional analog sensors, which are easily contaminated by noise during micro-analog signal transmission. This strengthens the system's anti-noise capability and improves signal resolution and stability.
Strong measurement adaptability
Digital instruments have lower requirements for the on-site operating environment and sensor sensitivity compared to ordinary truck scales, and their signal processing range is greater.
