Abnormal Weighing Data: If weighing errors exceed limits, angle discrepancies are large, values do not respond after loading, data does not return to zero after unloading, or data fluctuates erratically, and these issues persist even after cleaning and recalibrating, it indicates a core component malfunction requiring repair.
Hardware and Display Faults: If the instrument fails to power on, displays are missing strokes, the red indicator light remains constantly on, sensor resistance is abnormal, the junction box is damp, the scale body is deformed or cracked, or connections are loose or damaged, and routine self-checks fail to resolve the problem, the scale must be sent for repair.
Non-Compliance with Metrological Standards: If, according to metrological verification, the equipment's accuracy does not meet national mandatory metrological standards, or if it displays positive or negative overload fault codes such as Err02/Err03, and simple adjustments cannot eliminate the faults, professional repair is required before it can be put back into use.
