Daily Maintenance of Electronic Scales

Cleaning and Environmental Maintenance
Keep the entire machine clean. Clean dust and residue from the scale surface and instrument panel promptly. Use a neutral detergent to wipe; avoid using strong corrosive solvents.

Place on a flat, stable surface. Avoid direct sunlight, violent vibrations, and keep away from high temperatures, humidity, and corrosive gases.

Proper Use and Protection
Strictly avoid overloading. Prevent stacking heavy objects, violent collisions, and drops. Do not expose non-high-temperature scales to temperatures above 70°C for extended periods.

Lay the scale flat when empty. Do not disassemble original components such as sensors or integrated circuits on the instrument panel to avoid further malfunctions.

Battery and Power Supply Maintenance
Charge the battery promptly to avoid over-discharging. Pay attention when the voltage drops below 4V. Even if not used for extended periods, charge the battery monthly to extend battery life.

Turn off the power after each day's use. Remove the battery and store in a dry place if the scale will not be used for a long time.
