Upgrade Service at Purchase: You can purchase an extended warranty from the brand at the time of purchase, extending the original 1-year basic warranty period to 2-3 years. For some large-tonnage industrial models, you can negotiate an upgrade to a 5-year full machine warranty. Clearly specify the extended warranty coverage in the contract beforehand.
Strictly Follow Usage Instructions: Operate according to the instruction manual, avoiding overloading, water damage, unauthorized disassembly, and other human-caused damage. Perform regular cleaning, calibration, and maintenance. Some brands offer a free 3-6 month extended warranty to users who use the equipment compliantly and return it for regular maintenance.
Choose a Long-Term Service Provider: Choose the original manufacturer for long-term calibration, parts replacement, and other related services. Some brands offer extended warranty benefits to long-term customers, and also provide more favorable prices for consumable replacements.
Note: Extended warranties for consumable parts such as batteries need to be agreed upon separately with the service provider. Regular extended warranty services do not cover these consumables.
