Compliance and Qualification Verification: Confirm that the product holds a valid metrology instrument production license and type approval certificate, and has passed the corresponding quality system certification. The equipment casing must have a valid calibration label indicating the calibration institution and validity period to ensure compliant measurement results.

 

Core Component Verification: Check the brand and workmanship of the sensors and weighing instruments, prioritizing mainstream, mature models in the industry. Inspect the steel thickness and welding process of the scale body. High-quality products will use thickened U-shaped steel or a full stainless steel platform for stronger impact and deformation resistance.

 

Specialized project verification: Specialized verification of off-center load (four-corner error), repeatability, and sensitivity is completed in accordance with industry standards: the difference between the results of multiple weighings of the same load cannot exceed the allowable error, and the numerical deviation of the four-corner weighings must also be controlled within the standard range to avoid measurement inaccuracies.
