Identify Core Usage Scenarios and Operating Conditions

Common Scenarios: For weighing small to medium-sized goods in warehouses, workshops, and logistics centers, prioritize standard electronic floor scales made of basic carbon steel. These are easy to install and maintain, and suitable for lightweight weighing needs of 1-5 tons.

Special Environments: For humid or corrosive food/chemical workshops, choose 304 stainless steel corrosion-resistant models. For warehouses handling flammable and explosive hazardous materials, choose explosion-proof models with explosion-proof certification. The sensor sealing rating must be at least IP67 to avoid safety hazards.

Mobile Needs: For temporary construction sites requiring frequent relocation, prioritize portable models with a U-shaped steel frame. This balances lightweight design with load-bearing strength and supports AC/DC power supply.

 

Matching Range, Accuracy, and Dimensions

Range Selection: Don't blindly pursue large tonnage. Large tonnage sacrifices basic accuracy. Select a range that is 20% higher than your daily maximum weighing capacity to balance accuracy and overload redundancy, avoiding unnecessary cost waste.

Precision Matching: For general logistics weighing, a standard model meeting the national Class III standard is sufficient. For precious metals and precision material processing scenarios, a high-precision configuration is required to meet an error requirement of 0.1kg.

Table Dimensions: Determined based on the wheelbase of the goods, pallets, or small vehicles being weighed daily. The width should be 0.5-1 meter wider and the length 1.5-2 meters longer than the object being weighed to ensure safe and stable weighing.
