This model is the largest capacity option in our floor scale series. Equipment with higher capacities usually belongs to the truck scale category. The 10 Ton Electronic Floor Scale is suitable for medium-sized factory workshops and production facilities. Industries such as machine processing, plastic pellet production, and feed manufacturing commonly use this capacity range.

The 10-ton capacity meets the weighing requirements of most single-batch material handling operations in these applications. Our SCS truck scales can have platform lengths starting from 5 meters, while our floor scale series provides more compact solutions. Platform sizes range from 1 meter to 2 meters, making them easy to install indoors while saving valuable floor space.

We established a strict incoming material inspection process. When steel materials arrive, we check the thickness to ensure they meet our standards. Materials that do not meet requirements are rejected and returned to suppliers. When sensors arrive, we test each unit on a professional testing bench. We verify that all sensors have consistent zero points and sensitivity levels. Any sensor that fails inspection is rejected.

During production, our team conducts quality checks every two hours. If any issue is detected, we stop production immediately and solve the problem before continuing. This strict process helps ensure the long-term reliability of the 10 Ton Electronic Floor Scale.

We can add wheels to this model if you need to move the scale between different work areas. The four wheels can be raised or lowered according to your needs. When moving the scale, you can lower the wheels and push it to the desired location. After positioning, raise the wheels so the platform sits firmly on the ground.

The mobile version costs slightly more than the fixed model, but it is an excellent choice when multiple workstations need to share one scale. We also provide an ultra-low platform option. The platform height is only 5 centimeters from the ground, allowing hand pallet trucks to move onto the platform directly. This design is widely used in warehouses and logistics centers.
