The platform is available in four standard sizes: 1x1m, 1.2x1.2m, 1.5x1.5m, and 2x2m. You can select the size that best matches your warehouse layout and operating requirements.

This scale features a low-profile platform design with a height of approximately 10 to 15 centimeters from the ground. Hand trucks and carts can move onto the platform directly without the need for a foundation pit. Simply place the scale on a flat concrete floor for installation.

We also install four anti-slip rubber pads under the base to improve stability and prevent movement during operation. Some customers install the scale outdoors. For outdoor applications, we recommend adding a waterproof junction box. Although the indicator has water-resistant protection, long-term exposure to moisture may affect the junction box and electrical connections. You can add optional ramps to this model. These ramps create smooth access points, making it easier to move carts and materials onto the platform. We provide both steel and rubber ramp options. Steel ramps offer higher strength, while rubber ramps provide better anti-slip performance.

We also offer a full stainless steel version for demanding environments. Food processing plants and chemical facilities often require frequent floor cleaning. Stainless steel provides excellent corrosion resistance and performs well in wet conditions.
