Export Electronic Truck Scale

How is an export scale different from a domestic model? The materials and manufacturing process are the same. The main difference lies in packaging and protection. Ocean transportation creates demanding conditions. Containers experience large temperature changes, constant humidity, and exposure to salt spray. The equipment may also experience vibration during long-distance shipping. If the packaging is not strong enough, the platform may develop rust, and sensor cables may become damaged. Our Export Electronic Truck Scale uses professional packaging solutions designed for ocean freight. We use fumigated wooden crates that meet international export packaging requirements.

We follow a strict packaging procedure to protect every shipment. First, we apply two coats of anti-rust paint to the platform and allow the coating to fully dry. Then, we wrap the equipment with three layers of waterproof plastic film. A layer of bubble film is added to provide extra cushioning protection.

After that, the platform is placed inside a strong wooden crate. The crate includes reinforced wooden beams at the bottom, allowing forklifts to lift it safely from multiple directions. Steel lifting cables do not directly contact the platform surface during handling. We secure the crate with galvanized steel straps and install corner protectors on the edges. If the package experiences impact during transportation, these protectors help reduce damage. We also place desiccant bags inside the crate to control moisture during shipping.

We use the 150-ton model as the standard export version of the Export Electronic Truck Scale. The complete packaging process usually takes approximately two days.

Export orders require more documentation compared with domestic orders. We provide electronic copies of OIML and ISO certificates for customs clearance and customer verification. We also provide English installation and operation manuals to support overseas installation and use.

Our standard trade term is EXW. If you require FOB terms, we can assist with shipping arrangements. We cooperate with freight forwarders to deliver goods from our factory to the port. Shipping from Shanghai to Southeast Asia usually takes about one week, while delivery to Europe generally takes three to four weeks.
